Masks are required regardless of vaccination status in our facility. Please be aware if you do not have a mask when you arrive, we can provide one for you. If arriving without a mask, please knock on the door so we can bring you a mask. Exposure to someone who has tested positive for COVID requires a 14 day wait time regardless of vaccination status or a negative test before being seen in person. We appreciate your understanding.
