Monday:10am to 5pm
Wednesday:10am to 5pm
Friday:10am to 5pm

New patient: if not covered by insurance, the first office visit is $299.00. This is an hour long appointment, with the first visit being online. 

2nd visit: $195.00. This will either be done online as well or in the office for a physical exam.
