Anti-Inflammatory Salsa


For those who wish to decrease the aches and pains without adding more supplements to the batch, here is a good way to do it with food. “Let Food Be Your Medicine”

Chop fresh pineapple in small pieces and place into a bowl                                                                                                           Chop fresh cilantro finely and add to pineapple in bowl                                                                                                                 Shred fresh ginger (peeled with a teaspoon) over the two above ingredients and toss

This is loaded with enzymes, from the pineapple (bromelain) and anti-inflammatory substances from the ginger. Cilantro not only tastes good, but is an excellent detoxifier, binding to heavy metals to help them be eliminated.
